I bought this dress for my wedding after I had a disaster ordering my first one from a vendor on Etsy. I cannot praise Berryera enough for their good customer service and quality of product. After being burned the first time, I was pretty skeptical buying another dress online, but read the reviews from Berryera and decided to give it a try. After placing my order, I was contacted shortly after by a customer service representative named Megan. Megan confirmed my order and went over the dress details, color, and measurements with me. The dress took a few weeks to make (which is to be expected), but the shipping was extremely fast. The dress arrived and looked pretty much identical to the pictures I saw on the website. The dress was true to size. I ordered a US size 2 and it fit like a glove. I only had to take it into a seamstress to get the sleeves taken in slightly, and the length hemmed (which could be avoided if you custom order with your measurements at checkout). I've attached photos so you can see the quality for yourself.
My dress is beautiful. They worked with me to make customizations and it came out perfectly. Fast shipping as well!

Loved it, exactly what I expected. Quality is decent, some lose threads but not terrible. i did custom sizing and it fits perfectly!
